You will find that some products are not returnable but there is a very good reason for that…

Please return your order within 15 days of your purchase for an exchange or store credit. All exchanges must be unused with original tags, labels and packaging. Since all the products sold at Me And Minime.com are naturally made and preserved, this policy does not apply to perishable products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, ointments, soaps, and/or other products that can be effected or contaminated with improper storage and handling or exposure to various temperatures. All sales of the perishable products are final and there will be no return, exchange or store credit accepted.

If you believe your items have been lost or stolen, please contact

Me And Minime.com as soon as possible to expedite claims processing. All lost items will be subject to verification through UPS.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Me And Minime.com within 5

days of delivery.

SALES TAX:

Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be

charged an 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped via UPS the next business day, following credit card authorization.

Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Orders will arrive within 6-10 Business days.

Next day or express shipping is available at an extra charge. Express is not

available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges vary. Please email

contact us to verify international shipping costs.

Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or P.O. Boxes.
